For the consultancy LIFRAN, I coordinate an international network of independent consultants, coaches and project managers.
I am visiting professor in organizational models and development at IE Business School (Madrid).
Among other involvments, I am a board member of Terre de Vie Foundation (supporting social impact entrepreneurs), Debateville (inclusive social education) and the Belgian chapter of Insead Women in Business.
Born in France, I happily live in Brussels.
PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
A background of more than 24 years in business involving multiple perspectives enable me to be a “bridge” today.
Before being advisor in organizational transformation, I held roles in general management, strategy consulting, B-to-B sales and entrepreneurship in several companies (Solvay, Atos Worldline, AT Kearney, Arthur D. Little and 3 start-ups).
