As consultant and coach, I help leaders to deal with

the transformation of their organization, their team and themselves


IDENTITY AND CURRENT CONTRIBUTIONS

I often define myself as a bridge between different perspectives such as

  • hard core business content (strategy, finance & operations)

and human dynamics (emotions, psychology, team & personal drivers)

  • large corporations and start-ups
  • consulting, coaching and line-management
  • public and private sectors
  • masculine and feminine energies
  • structure and intuition


As consultant and coach, I facilitate strategic processes and organizational transformations. 

Because a robust organization model requires a systemic alignment between its components,

I advise my clients in an integrative way combining:

  • organizational consulting (design and deploy)
  • high impact workshop facilitation (using collective intelligence)
  • leadership team coaching (incl. 360° feedback)
  • executive coaching and sparring partnership
  • leadership training (mostly focused on the posture of leader)


I also run the consultancy LIFRAN, made up of an international network of independent consultants, coaches and facilitators. 

A team is mobilized per client assignment according to its specificities (type of work and location). 


In addition, I am a visiting professor in organizational models and development to full time master's students

at IE Business School (Madrid).


Among other involvments, I am a board member of Terre de Vie Foundation (supporting social impact entrepreneurs) and a

steering committee member of the Belgian chapter of Insead Women in Business.


I was born in France and live happily in Brussels.

 

PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A background of more than 23 years in business involving multiple perspectives enable me to be a “bridge” today.

Prior to my current role of organizational transformation advisor, I was active in the fields of general management, b-to-b sales, finance, strategy consulting and entrepreneurship.

I have held management / leadership roles at Solvay, Atos Worldline, AT Kearney, Arthur D. Little

and 3 start-ups (of which I co-founded www.sandawe.com). 


I am also grateful that I could attend fascinating international programs:

  • Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (clinical psychology applied to organizations) at

INSEAD (2015-2017 - Fontainebleau)

  • Leading change in complex organizations at M.I.T. Sloan (2014 - Boston)
  • Master in Business Management with a major in Finance at ICHEC (1992-1996 - Brussels) and

University of Greenwich (1995 - London)
